Refund & Cancellation

Billing You Can Trust

Effective August 12, 2026. This explains how OnePlace subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work. Questions about a charge? Email hello@rova-llc.com.

Free Plan

The OnePlace Free plan is free forever and never requires a payment method. You can use it for as long as you like without subscribing.

Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Premium are paid monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. OnePlace never sees or stores your card number — all payment details are handled securely by Stripe.

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which the account moves to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted when you downgrade.

Refunds

Because subscriptions are billed one month at a time and access is provided immediately, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Canceling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.

When We Will Refund

We will review and, where appropriate, refund charges that result from a clear error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after a timely cancellation, or a technical problem that prevented you from using the paid features you were billed for. Contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Open your account settings to manage or cancel your subscription, or email hello@rova-llc.com with the email address on your account and a short description of the issue. Please reach out to us before filing a card dispute so we can resolve it directly and faster.

Price & Policy Changes

If subscription prices or this policy change, the changes apply to future billing periods only. We will show current pricing on the pricing page and, where required, notify affected subscribers in advance.
