How OnePlace Handles User Data
Effective May 12, 2026. This page is a plain-language disclosure for OnePlace Investments and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public launch.
Information We Collect
- - Account information, such as the email address used to create or access an account.
- - Portfolio records you enter, including asset names, symbols, quantities, prices, ownership type, account labels, notes, and portfolio snapshots.
- - Public wallet addresses, token contract addresses, blockchain selections, and memo/tag information when you choose to track wallets or exchange records.
- - Basic technical information handled by hosting, authentication, database, and market-data providers to operate the service securely.
How We Use Information
- - To authenticate users and keep each user portfolio separated.
- - To display portfolio values, market trends, asset records, provider handoffs, and portfolio intelligence.
- - To sync supported public blockchain balances when a user chooses public-address wallet tracking.
- - To maintain automatic daily portfolio snapshots and improve account security.
Third-Party Services
- - Supabase provides authentication and database storage.
- - Vercel hosts the application.
- - CoinGecko and Alpha Vantage provide market pricing and chart data.
- - Etherscan, public Ethereum RPC, Blockstream, Solana RPC, and XRPL endpoints may receive public wallet addresses when wallet sync is used.
- - MoonPay, Transak, Stripe, Alpaca, Aave, Morpho, and Compound are external provider links. Their own privacy policies and terms apply after users leave OnePlace.
What We Do Not Collect
- - Do not enter seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, bank login credentials, or wallet passwords.
- - OnePlace does not take custody of funds, execute trades, or borrow/lend assets on a user's behalf.
- - The application does not intentionally collect children's information.
User Choices
- - Users choose what portfolio records and public wallet addresses to enter.
- - Users can edit or delete asset records from the dashboard.
- - Users can avoid wallet sync by using manual tracking mode.
- - Users can sign out or request password reset from the account page.
Security
OnePlace uses Supabase authentication and relies on database row-level security to separate user records. Users should use strong passwords and should never store private keys, seed phrases, or exchange credentials in the app.
